How it works

A collaborative space to explore what matters and consider your next steps.

  1. Start with what matters now

Bring a situation, a question, or a decision you are facing. Together, identify what would make this conversation useful and where you would like to begin.

  2. Look beyond the first answer

Explore the thoughts, feelings, and familiar responses connected to your situation. Consider what matters to you, what you may be assuming, and which other perspectives could be useful.

  3. Make the next step realistic

Consider a small action, a conversation, or a different response you would like to try. Explore the support you need, possible obstacles, and what feels manageable in your circumstances.

  4. Learn, review, and adjust

If you continue with further sessions, revisit what you tried and what you noticed. Reflect on what helped, what was difficult, and whether your priorities or next steps need to change.
